Jéan R. Michel Jr. is the Founder and Managing Member of JRM (Justice Really Matters) Legal P.L.L.C., representing clients in personal injury litigation, business formation and disputes, contract matters, real estate transactions, and general civil litigation. He previously served as an Associate and Managing Attorney at several law firms, litigating complex cases across D.C., New York, and New Jersey. Before law, Jéan built a strong foundation in Higher Education and Student Affairs, specializing in Title IX, Residence Life, Admissions, and Academic Affairs. A committed community leader, he serves on multiple boards, volunteers with youth leadership programs, and provides counsel to nonprofits while remaining active in professional bar associations.
Benjamin S.D. Thompson III., Esq.
Co-Owner and Senior Member
Benjamin S.D. Thompson III is a Senior Member and Co-Owner of Justice Really Matters (“JRM Legal P.L.L.C.”). He graduated from the University of Toledo, in Toledo, Ohio, with a Bachelors Degree in Law and Social Thought and from Barry University School of Law, in Orlando, Florida, with a Juris Doctorate Degree. He is currently barred as an attorney in the state of Ohio where he practices criminal and family law. He has significant trial experience ranging from a Misdemeanor Criminal Jury Trial to Felony Criminal Jury Trials. He has argued in jury trials concerning multiple types of charges, including but not limited to domestic violence, vehicular manslaughter, aggravated burglary, strangulation, robbery, and drug offenses. He has also negotiated the successful dismissal of multiple rape charges and a RICO case. Furthermore, he has assisted on multiple rape and murder cases. He has also been able to obtain multiple acquittals and not guilty verdicts for multiple clients. He dedicates his time to fighting for Justice and every citizen’s right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He also has experience working with contracts as far as reviewing, negotiating, and drafting.
Alicia Golding, Esq.
Of Counsel
Alicia Golding is an Attorney located in Palm Beach, Florida. She is currently barred in Florida and awaiting admission to the New York bar. Ms. Golding attended Molloy University in Rockville Centre, NY, and graduated with her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology & Legal Studies in 2017. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate in 2022 from Barry University Dwayne O’Andreas Law School in Orlando, FL. She specializes in Trademark registration and maintenance, Copyright registration and maintenance, Contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Ms. Golding is also a certified Supreme Court County Mediator and Notary in Florida. Her passion for securing the most favorable terms for her clients is evident in her determination and tenacity in negotiations. Ms. Golding has experience in the Entertainment industry, as well as Personal Injury, Foreclosures, Real Estate, Business Formation, and Construction Defect law.
